Social and economical development, investing activities, and ensuring environmental safety are the main strategic components of sustainable development of the Russian Federation. Considering that any economic activities are related to using natural resources, and environmental impact, the economically and ecologically effective investments in modern competitive resources- and energy-saving, environment-safe industrial and other innovative technologies are the integral conditions of ensuring favorable conditions for life activities, achieving balance of the ecological-economic system of the country However, there is a number of environmental and business factors, which prevent full-scale implementation of modern resource-saving and environmental protection technologies in production, ensuring, on the one hand, achievement of pay-back of investments in the shortest times (economic result in the form of profit), and on the other hand, observation of all environmental, sanitary-and-hygienic, technical norms, demands and rules set forth by the legislation. At the stage of business planning, all the possible future environmental costs and environmental and financial damages caused by the manufacturing activities during implementation and post-implementation periods are not taken into account as a practice of assessment of environmental efficiency and practicality of investment projects. This article covers methodical and scientific methodological approaches to the solution of the given problem within the limits of development of recommendations on environmental and economic assessment of investment projects that would ensure environmental safety and economic efficiency of the investments. Results of own researches in the field, including the developed software for environmental and economic assessment of investment projects in the building industry, in the waste processing into secondary raw materials and products, which allows to analyze efficiency of implementation of the business project with due consideration of all costs on industrial safety, industrial sanitary, intelligent use of natural resources, occupational safety, health and environmental protection at the stages of business planning, predesign, and design.

The article below covers the existing dynamics for activities in the field of process management when organizing the non-scheduled repair works for fundamental repairs of multi-flat buildings. Using analysis of such dynamics as a basis, a hypothesis was developed, which necessitates the creation of a tool, which would provide means to justify the necessity for conducting non-scheduled repairs of the buildings. This article features the parameters, which presumably affect the decision on performing non-scheduled works on fundamental repair of flat buildings. The effect of such parameters on potential of performing activities was analyzed by means of method of expert assessment. A bar chart was created in order to identify the main parameters that affect the potential for conducting non-scheduled repairs; this bar chart was also used to exclude the least important parameters as the ones having no effect. The parameters were optimized, i.e. divided into groups using the factor analysis method, by means of Pearson correlation coefficients calculated for variable parameters, which were identified by the experts as the most important ones. The works performed lay basis for creating optimal conditions for future tests. Finally, the basis was prepared for mathematical tool that would describe the parameters of the object.

Though being widely spread, the designs of such machines as flat die pellet mills have hardly been comprehensively theoretically studied. At the same time, the kinematic motion of the ring die pellet mill executive parts have been studied quite thoroughly. The machine executive parts kinematics determines the nature of their motion and velocity parameters, as well as the energy costs for the unit operation of the assembly. In addition, a detailed analysis of the facility kinematic diagram enables a rational approach to the design process for a new equipment. In view of this, this paper proposes a classification of flat matrix granulators over the kinematic diagrams of the executive parts interactions. We performed an analytical study of the kinematic diagram flat matrix granulator with active cylindrical press rolls. We considered the forces acting on the press roll during its operation. We determined the kinematic parameters and their interrelation with the design parameters of the press roll. We obtained the analytical equations for the of the neutral cross-section determination - the most characteristic section of the press-roll granulator

This article contains the results of studies of the use of additives containing crystallization components significantly affecting the curing of cement, improving the structure of cement stone and concrete. The crystalline component is obtained using the rotary-pulse unit, which provides not only the grinding of agents, but their interaction with each other as well in order to accelerate the hydration and structure formation in cement stone. The degree, and kinetics of hydration, the composition of hydrated phases, the structure of the additives and cement stone was studied using the following methods: x-ray diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA), scanning electron microscope (SEM). Mechanical properties of cement were determined by standard methods and techniques. The expander produced by means of hydrodynamic activation of the sulfoaluminate clinker (SAC) consists of ettringite and hydrated calcium silicates, which are characterized by high dispersion rate (less than 10 µm) and reactivity as the seed for the crystallization of hydrated compounds. The introduction of the ultrafine additives of the crystalline SAC (within 1-5%) was discovered to cause expansion of the cement stone. Implementation of the additives increases cement hydration and contributes to the formation of active centers of crystallization that lead to the fast formation of ettringite, hydrated calcium aluminates and calcium silicates. The activated crystalline additive provides for significant reduction of porosity, initial curing, and high strength of cement stone. In addition, the additive is an expansive component, forming needle-like crystals of ettringite during hydration. These microcrystals grow in the capillaries of cement stone, filling them, and create conditions for improving the crack resistance of cement concrete.

This article is devoted to assessment of the influence of variation of daily hot water consumption on the predicted energy effect by using heat recovery of exhaust air in typical exhaust ventilation systems of the most commonly used flat buildings during their switch to the mechanical induction for the pre-heating of water for hot water supply. It outlines the general principle of the organization of this method of energy saving and presents the basic equations of heat transfer in the heat exchanger. The article proposes a simplified method of accounting for changes in the heat transfer coefficient of air-to-water heat exchanger with fluctuations of water demand using existing dependencies for this coefficient from the rate flow of heating and heated fluid through the device. It presents observations to identify the parameters of the real changes of water consumption during the day with the main quantitative characteristics of normally distributed random variables. Calculation of thermal efficiency of the heat exchange equipment using dimensionless parameters through the number of heat transfer under the optimal opposing scheme of fluid motion is completed under conditions of variable water flow rate for the type residential building of the П3-1/16 series using the Monte Carlo method for numerical modeling of stochastic processes. The estimation of the influence of fluctuation of the current water consumption on the instantaneous thermal efficiency factor of the heat exchanger and the total energy consumption of the building is given, and it is shown that the error of said calculation using average daily parameters is within the margin of usual engineering calculation.

The method of synthesis of digital nonlinear control with an electro-hydraulic drive is proposed. It is based on the combination of the method of synthesis of the digital part of the system with a continuous prototype and the expert approach. At the first stage, the continuous regulator is synthesized based on known techniques. At the second stage, a transition to the digital regulator is performed with the help of the z -transformation and the difference equation is determined. The sampling period is selected at a frequency greater than the frequency that determines the bandwidth of the continuous electrohydraulic drive control system (its degree is determined by way of further modeling and evaluation of the results obtained). In the third stage, the modeling for digital control options with selected sampling frequencies and recalculated parameter values of the regulators is carried out. The example of the synthesis of a digital regulator with the use of electro-hydraulic control system is given.
